Typically, oatmeal doesn’t offer much in regards to protein. I decided to sneak in some Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, to not only increase the protein of this recipe, but also boost the nutrient quality of this meal in so many other ways.

Pecan Oatmeal is the perfect Fall or Winter treat to enjoy for breakfast, snack time or even dessert. So easy and so yummy!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Stir oats, Vital Proteins and milk together in medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds, or until oats are softened and have absorbed most of the milk.
  2. Add cinnamon, salt and sweetener. Stir to combine.
  3. Top with pecans and enjoy!
