Flavor options are endless! But, for this particular recipe, I went with a longtime favorite: Strawberry banana!
Not only is this recipe delicious, it’s also SO easy to make, requiring just 5-10 minutes, 1 bowl, and 4 ingredients to make! I added in 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin to thicken the soft serve, and keep it extra creamy. This naturally sweet soft serve is a healthier and delicious way to indulge in dessert!
- 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 cup frozen sliced banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
- Sweetener of choice, if needed*
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin for added thickness and health benefits
Add sliced, frozen strawberries, bananas, milk, sweetener and gelatin (if using) to a food processor or a high-speed blender and mix / blend until a creamy "soft serve" is formed, scraping down sides as needed - about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve immediately or transfer to serving bowls and put in the freezer to thicken up. Serve as is or top with any favorite toppings!
Best when fresh. Leftovers will keep in the freezer up to 1 week. Let it sit out of the freezer and come back to soft serve consistency before enjoying.
