  • Balance textures: Combine crunchy (radishes, nuts), creamy (cheese, avocado), and crisp (greens, snap peas) for a more satisfying salad.
  • Don’t overdress: Start with a little dressing and toss in more as needed. You want to enhance the flavors, not drown them.
  • Add a pop of acid: Lemon juice or a light vinaigrette keeps everything tasting fresh and vibrant.
