Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Pancakes
Lemon Poppy Seed Protein Pancakes! Hello quick, yummy, protein-packed breakfast.
Eggs, protein powder and bananas make up these healthy, satisfying gluten-free pancakes that can easily be whipped up in the blender to save you time and energy. You literally throw all of the ingredients into the blender and whirl away.
Pancakes in the blender… seriously, the only way to go with pancakes!
I love adding extra protein into my breakfast to really fuel my day. However, it’s not easy to find a good protein powder that translates to great food, but I’ve definitely found it with Naked Nutrition protein powder.
I highly recommend Naked Rice Protein for a protein powder that is vegan and made exclusively from organic sprouted whole grain brown rice. Gluten free, dairy free, and soy free; Naked Rice is made using a hexane-free extraction process to create a protein with an excellent amino acid profile that compares favorably to whey protein. Naked Nutrition is committed to shortening the steps between the farms and the consumer.
I just love protein powders that can be used for much more than just smoothie making. Smoothies are a favorite of mine, but one can only drink so many and then a girl’s gotta have her pancakes!
At less than 250 calories per serving and almost 20 grams of protein, this makes for a nutritious breakfast I can get down with.
Protein pancakes made in a blender with no refined grains, no refined sugar, and loads of healthy proteins. You guys are going to love these so much! They’re:
& Insanely delicious
