Instructions
Toast 1 - Tomato Mozzarella Avocado Toast
- Over medium heat on a small skillet (or in an oven or toaster oven) melt mozzarella cheese slice. Once melted, remove from heat and add a spoonful of guacamole or mashed avocado and a sliced tomato. Top with a sprinkling of McCormick Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Seasoning.
Toast 2 - Hummus Avocado Toast
- Spread your favorite hummus over toasted bread. Add sliced avocado, a sprinkling of McCormick Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Seasoning and any other favorite topping.
Toast 3 - Salad Avocado Toast
- Combine chopped kale (or other favorite salad green), a drizzle of olive oil and salt in a small bowl and massage the avocado into the kale leaves for a couple of minutes and until the kale is soft. Top toasted bread with mashed avocado or guacamole. Add kale mixture and a sprinkling of McCormick Sundried Tomato Basil Pasta Seasoning.

I will have to pick up those seasoning blends! McCormick is our fave, especially for black pepper, so this pasta mix sounds perfect for us. I will try to eat more avocado toast now, as it’s always helped with my cholesterol.

I’m not a fan of avocado toast. However, my husband loves it with eggs. I’m sure that the tomato basil seasoning (which sounds amazing) goes perfectly with it.
