I love a pasta salad like no one else. Having tortellini is even better because I love those extra pockets of cheese and stuffing that you just can’t get with regular pasta. I haven’t tried mine with shrimp but I can’t wait to try it! So fresh and yummy looking!

I add tomatoes to just about any pasta recipe I make, especially if it is with pesto, so I am LOVING this recipe! And I love Buitoni products too. However, I never knew they were clean/no GMOs. This is a big plus in my book. Guess what is coming home with me on my next trip to the store. Haha!
Love everything about this meal. From the pasta to the pesto. Perfect for stand alone, or as a side. I think it would even be a great starter too. Sounds like a great salad all the way around.

As someone who grew up with fresh seafood right at my fingertips, you would think that I still eat a lot of seafood, but that’s not the case. Now, I tend to stay away from it, because I grew so tired of it living near the ocean. But, this dish has me craving it. Wow – and as a newly converted pesto lover, double whammy!
I’m huge fan of simple pasta meals and I do love seafood. This recipe sounds like perfect dinner for busy weekdays. Saving this and sharing!
