Honey Cilantro Lime Salmon
This Honey Cilantro Lime Salmon is simple, delicious and perfect for an easy family meal as well as impressive enough for a dinner party. Serve with Gloria Ferrer for a real stunner!
Only a few simple ingredients are needed to make this flavorful dish. It’s such a breeze to whip up and is a crowd-pleaser for sure. To serve under my salmon, I sautéed a packaged salad kit that I found in the produce department. Easy peasy! This whole meal works so perfect as a date night dinner or when you’re cooking to impress. It has such a gorgeous presentation and not only is it quick and easy, so you don’t have to spend all evening in the kitchen, but it’s so irresistibly delicious.
And what is date night without Gloria Ferrer? Gloria Ferrer is my favorite wine and both the Sonoma Brut and Blanc de Noirs pair fabulously with the Honey Cilantro Lime Salmon and so many other foods too. The combo is crazy delicious and pretty much a match made in heaven. It’s no wonder I love it so much – Gloria Ferrer wines have earned over 500 gold medals and 50 90+ scores in the last 5 years.
Gloria Ferrer is also California’s most awarded sparkling wine house. Not a surprise, there. Their wines are just absolutely fabulous. The Blanc De Noirs, with red berry aromas and a luxurious creamy texture is probably my favorite. But the Sonoma Brut worked so well with this salmon dish with the hints of citrus and nutty, toasty aromas. Both are definitely winners.
Seriously, can you think of anything better to serve with such a delectable meal?!

Such an easy, flavorful salmon meal!
- 4 4-6 ounce salmon fillets
- garlic salt and pepper
- juice of 2 limes
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease a large baking sheet with foil. Lay salmon on foil and season with a few dashes of garlic salt and pepper.
- Stir together lime juice and honey. Fold sides of foil up around the sides of the salmon. Pour mixture over salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Switch oven to broil and cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top and serve.
