Okay guys, this may not be the most colorful smoothie bowl I’ve ever posted, but it certainly is the MOST delicious! I already knew I was on to something good when I thought to add Enjoy Life Soft Baked Snickerdoodle Minis to my smoothie bowl, but I really wasn’t prepared for the wonderful flavor and texture that was to come of this Snickerdoodle Protein Smoothie Bowl.
Please believe me when I tell you, this is my all-time favorite smoothie. If you’re a snickerdoodle fan, like me, this one simply cannot be beat. This Snickerdoodle Protein Smoothie might taste indulgent, but it’s packed with fiber, protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied all morning.

Way easier than making a batch of Snickerdoodle Cookies
So irresistibly scrumptious
Like dessert, but way healthier!
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond coconut or cashew milk
- 1 extra ripe banana frozen
- 1 1/2 teaspoon almond or peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla or a latte flavored protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 100 calorie package Enjoy Life Soft Batch Snickerdoodle Minis
Place milk, banana, nut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla and few cubes of ice into the pitcher of a blender. Blend until smooth and add more ice, as desired and blend some more, until desired consistency is reached.
