Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl – a healthy protein-packed breakfast that tastes like a slice of pumpkin pie straight from the Thanksgiving table! You just need 6 everyday ingredients and less than 5 minutes to create this delicious gluten free, vegan, paleo smoothie bowl.
This dessert-inspired smoothie bowl is so perfectly sweet, slightly spiced, creamy and refreshing that it will work as a great post or pre-workout meal/snack, it will most definitely satisfy your craving for all things pumpkin and totally get you excited for fall!
Since smoothies and smoothie bowls are kind of a summer food, this Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl is the perfect way to cool off before the cold weather is officially here, but it will still totally get you in the fall spirit. It’s October, and here in Texas, temps are still in the 90’s, so smoothie bowls are very necessary.
Don’t forget to go crazy with the toppings! I love to change it up, but my go-to toppings for this fall bowl are chia seeds, pomegranate seeds, a little dusting of pumpkin pie spice and some type of nut. I recently picked up Sahale Snacks and even though this mix is super tasty eaten straight out of the bag on its own, I new it would be an amazing topping for my smoothie bowls.
Oh and I was so right!
Not only are Sahale Snacks such a yummy smoothie bowl topping, they’re also a great addition to salads, wraps, ice cream and trail mix. I love that Sahale Snacks are Gluten-Free Certified, Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher and such a delicious experience with every bite!
Pumpkin pie lovers rejoice! You guys sooooo need this smoothie bowl in your life! It’s:
Thick
Creamy
Wholesome
Super flavorful
And perfectly satisfying

One of my favorite flavor combination is pumpkin and cranberry – I think that would be delicious.
This sounds good. Does the pumpkin outweigh the banana flavor. The Sahale snack sounds good too and I don’t care for cashews but the flavor is inviting.
Love this smoothie, it sounds amazing. Like that is is dairy free and gluten free. PLUS it yells falls with all the ingredient with pumpkin and the pumpkin pie spice.
Yummy! So easy. Sometimes I forget that with a bit of creativity, food can be fun. 🙂
Yummy! This is the flavor I used in my recipe with Sahale Snacks too. It’s so tasty, right? 🙂 Love this recipe, too, Kim! <3
