Creating a better breakfast (or lunch) bowl with Quaker® Oats is so easy and only takes about 5 minutes of your time. Simply blend 4 ingredients (frozen banana, frozen mango, oats and almond milk) until smooth. I’ve had this bowl of deliciousness for lunch, two days in a row and I promise it just does not get old. Nope- nothing boring about these oats!

Inspiration for my irresistible, super satisfying mango oatmeal smoothie bowl comes from sticking with my new year’s goals to eat plenty of superfoods. I’m pretty sure you could say I succeeded with this recipe!

Naturally sweetened and the perfect pick-me-up to give your body the fuel it needs to power you through your day. You honestly don’t need much in the way of toppings, but how fun and beautiful are they?! This mango oatmeal smoothie bowl is plenty tasty sipped straight from a cup and straw, if you’re in a rush and need something you can carry with you out the door. But if it’s Saturday and savoring your meal is in the books, pour your oat smoothie into a bowl and get creative with the toppings. I even experimented with edible flowers for this one. So pretty! And I love having a little crunch in my smoothie bowls, which is where the banana chips, pom seeds and pumpkin seeds come in.
