- 1 box 5 bars Van’s Gramwich gluten free snack bars
- 1 5.3 ounce container Greek yogurt*
- 4 medium strawberries sliced**
- 10 blueberries
Cut each Gramwich snack bar in half (horizontally).
Top each Gramwich half with about 1 tablespoon yogurt, a slice of strawberry and a blueberry that has been dipped into just a bit of Greek yogurt (that will enable it to stick to the strawberry). Enjoy!
*Use your favorite yogurt variety. I used Greek blueberry yogurt.
**Use any preferred fruit. Sliced banana, raspberries, blackberries and cherries would all be great options.
***Dessert bites can be made about 4 hours ahead of time. If making ahead of time, refrigerate before serving.
