It’s veggie overload when we combine GOOD THiNS and this cauliflower hummus! GOOD THiNS- The Wheat One- Ancient Grains is baked deliciously thin & crispy with quinoa, amaranth & millet. Age-old grains for the new age and 100% whole grain wheat.
GOOD THiNS- The Beet One- Balsamic Vinegar & Sea Salt is baked with a delicious tangy twist and flavored with balsamic vinegar and sea salt.
GOOD THiNS- The Potato One- Sweet Potato GOOD THiNS are made with real sweet potatoes and have 60% less fat than the leading regular fried potato chip.
Not classic hummus, I know, because we’re leaving out the chickpeas and using cauliflower instead. The cauliflower gives this dip that traditional creamy hummus texture and the turmeric adds nutrients, flavor and a mesmerizing golden hue. It makes for such a fabulous snack dish to have at home or to serve at parties! And works so well as a make-ahead recipe because the hummus develops even more flavor the next day!

Could we please have a recipe for tahini, thank you.
Tahini is just ground up sesame seeds. You can find it near the peanut and almond butter at most grocery stores.
