Of course, I still wanted it to be a major hit in the taste, texture and yumminess department. And so I was sure to have my favorite graham-style, gluten free crust.

Seasonal flavors come together deliciously, in this perfectly sweet crumble pie.
- 1 MI-DEL Pie Crust
- 2 apples, cored and diced or sliced*
- 2 heaping cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch or arrowroot starch
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Almond Meal/Flour
- ¼ cup coconut or brown sugar**
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted (other oils or butter will work)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all filling ingredients in a medium bowl. Then, pour into pie crust.
- Rinse out bowl and in the same bowl, combine all topping ingredients. Then, sprinkle the topping over the filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow pie to cool slightly before spooning out.
- Serve warm and with vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, cool whip or coconut cream, if desired.
*I used gala apples. There is no need to peel them. **I used coconut sugar for my recipe and for the calculation of nutritional information.
