Thanksgiving is full of sweetness in so many ways ~ spending time with loved ones, giving back, feeling grateful for all our blessings, and of course…all the amazing desserts! 😋 I had Friendsgiving at my house last weekend and I decided to bake up a pie that was gluten free and a vegan, so that everyone could enjoy. Of course, I still wanted it to be a major hit in the taste, texture and yumminess department. And so I was sure to have my favorite graham-style, gluten free crust.
