Cherry Vodka Spritz garnished with lemon

This post is sponsored by Prairie Organic Vodka and is intended for those ages 21+ only.  All opinions are my own.

Friends, I’m not much of a bartender, but this cocktail is BANGIN’. I dreamt it up one day while fighting a serious cherry craving. They are just so delicious right now, I want to put them in everything. Well let me tell you, they are perfect combined with a little lemon, pineapple, and vodka in these Cherry Vodka Cocktails.

Vodka is definitely my choice in hard liquors. It mixes well with many juices and other beverages and makes for a GREAT cocktail. For the most part, it’s easy to find and works well with a variety of other ingredients.

What kind of vodka should I use?

My long-time favorite vodka of choice is Prairie Organic Vodka. It’s always my top choice because it’s USDA Certified Organic and it has a wonderful smooth, rich flavor. I also feel good knowing that Prairie Organic Vodka comes from Minnesota family farmers that have a commitment to the right process and ingredients. Beyond their commitment to using organic ingredients, they’re dedicated to furthering the future of organic farming. How to Make a Cherry Vodka Spritz:

You’ll start by combining cherries with a cup of water in a small pot. Mash the cherries with a fork and let the mixture boil for several minutes and until it is thick and pulp like. Strain out all of the pulp over a pitcher. Now, stir in a touch of honey for sweetness (if needed), a little lemon, pineapple juice, and Prairie Organic Vodka. If you’re more of a gin fan, Prairie Organic Gin works great in this drink too.

Chill the drink mix in the fridge until cold or until you are ready to serve.

Then, just pour over ice and top with sparkling water. You can garnish with fresh lemon slices and cherries.

Simple as that.

I am so head over heels in love with this easy Cherry Vodka Spritz. You guys, this might be my favorite drink that I have created yet. It. Is. SO. GOOD!

And super easy to make, not loaded with sugar, and full of cherries. Again, in love with this drink and very, very excited to remake this spritz over and over again!
