You guys know how I love my fruit and guacamole is no exception! No worries, though, this easy peach guacamole isn’t overly sweet- it’s the perfect combo of sweet and savory. And so, so tasty as a topping for burgers, chicken or fish… but equally delicious as a dip.
The fam did some grilling out this past weekend, instead of beef or turkey burgers, I was really feeling veggie burgers. However, I was entirely too busy enjoying family time to whip up homemade veggie burgers, so I went with MorningStar Farms Grillers Prime.
I’ve enjoyed MorningStar Farms veggie cuisine before, but I’ve never tried cooking the patties on the grill. Since Brad was firing up the grill anyway, he suggested we just throw the veggie burgers on too. Great suggestion! He was planning on eating a regular burger, but ended up having a veggie burger too… they were that tasty. So convenient- the veggie burgers were done just a few minutes before our meaty burgers.
MorningStar Farms veggie burgers are so satisfying and have a very deep flavor, just like that of your favorite grilled burger from childhood. In fact, Brad even mentioned that these reminded him of burgers that his parents grilled, when he was a kid. Goes to show, meat-lovers and vegetarian-eating friends and family will enjoy MorningStar Farms burgers! Add the peach guacamole for even more pizzazz!
Easy Peach Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced peaches, grilled peaches would be fabulous
- 3 large ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice, about 1 lime
- garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized serving bowl, serve with tortilla chips and/or use as a burger topper and ENJOY!

I love this idea! I’m from Georgia (the peach state), but just moved to San Diego. Peaches are just coming in season and I was being all snobby about my GA peaches… until I tried a California peach. They’re even better! With all the avocados out here too, this is the perfect recipe!
I haven’t actually had a peach while in California, but I sure do love the California peaches that trader joe’s sells!
