5 meal prep tips that not only save time in the long run, but also keep you in check with your healthy eating goals.

January is coming to an end. How did that happen so quickly?!

This is around the time when many of us start slipping on our healthy living New Year’s goals and resolutions. No worries – I’m sharing two tools, today, that will help!

Last week, I shared my New Year’s goal to meal prep consistently. I’m so much more likely to make more nutritious food choices when I have a variety of wholesome foods ready-to-go. Remember if you “fail to plan, plan to fail!” Hey a New Year, a new YOU, right??

Not only am I challenging myself to keep my fridge deliciously stocked, I also have workout goals. And I’m tracking my healthy living progress with the Body Cardio scale.

The Body Cardio scale is the world’s thinnest and most advanced scale. And it’s exactly what I need to help me achieve my goals, while also monitoring and improving my cardiovascular health.

5 meal prep tips that not only save time in the long run, but also keep you in check with your healthy eating goals.

With the Body Cardio scale, you’ll enjoy so many incredible attributes! This scale will track your weight, BMI, total body fat and water percentage plus muscle and bone mass. You also have the ability to set a weight goal and manage your daily calorie budget with integrated nutrition tracking for up to 8 people.

And that’s not all! Body Cardio gives you the option to follow heart health at home with a new measurement – pulse wave velocity. This will provide heart rate as well as unique insights into arterial health and has the potential to transform how people care for their heart. Being able to track and continuously watch my progress has been so motivating and really helped me stick with my health goals so far this year.

In combination, I use my Health Mate app that automatically updates via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, so I’m able to see what works and continue to increase the level of my goals right from the convenience of my smartphone.

Staying focused in the kitchen, in terms of eating a clean diet, definitely makes my goals that much more reachable. With meal planning and prepping, I know I will become stronger this year.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming as long as you keep in mind these easy tips! I typically play my favorite 90’s tunes on Spotify and get to cooking. Knowing that I will have a fridge full of healthy food that I can grab and put together in just a few minutes each day motivates me to get it done. Hope you find the meal prep ideas, below, super helpful!
