Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers. You can even rim the glasses with graham cracker crumbs for a pretty look.
Serve with a cute straw and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use premium vanilla ice cream for a creamier, richer texture. If it’s too hard to scoop, let it sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes.
Fresh strawberries give a brighter, more natural flavor, but frozen strawberries make the shake colder and thicker. If using frozen, you might need a splash more milk to blend.
Instead of cream cheese, you can use mascarpone for a lighter, sweeter twist, or Greek yogurt for a tangier, slightly healthier version.
Don’t skip the graham crackers or strawberry jam, they’re key to making the milkshake actually taste like strawberry cheesecake.
