Spinach White Pizza is the perfect way to elevate pizza night! This irresistible recipe features spinach, gooey melted mozzarella, crumbled feta cheese and a hint of garlic, all on a golden, crispy crust. It’s easy to make and perfect for a cozy dinner or entertaining guests!
110 ouncepackage frozen chopped spinachthawed and drained very well, only use the amount preferred
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
14 ouncepackage crumbled feta cheesewith garlic & herb
1teaspoonchopped fresh rosemary
grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix olive oil and garlic in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 30 seconds.
Place pizza crust on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Brush the entire surface with oil mixture.
Top with spinach (you can use a little or a lot), mozzarella cheese and feta cheese.
Sprinkle pizza with rosemary and parmesan. Bake at 450ºF for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Let stand 5 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!

Pre-bake crust: Depending on the crust you’re using, it may be a good idea to pre-bake it for 5-7 minutes before adding the toppings.Variations: Instead of frozen spinach, try about 8-10 ounces fresh spinach cooked in olive oil until wilted. If you'd like make this with sauce, spread about 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce to the pizza crust before adding toppings.
