Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
  • 1 (9-inch) store-bought graham cracker crust or homemade
  • Chopped peanuts, peanut butter baking chips and/or chocolate chips for garnishing the top

Instructions

  • In large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter until well blended.
  • Stir in Cool Whip until fluffy.
  • Pour the filling mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust and sprinkle with nuts, peanut butter baking chips and chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Storing leftovers: Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or tightly covered with plastic wrap for about 5 days.
To freeze: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and then in foil. Place in a freezer safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before enjoying.
