Chunky Hummus Dip- take your typical hummus recipe to a whole new level! Quick, easy, tasty hummus that magically comes together in a matter of minutes.
1 1/2cupshomemade hummus or 8 ounce container store-bought hummus
2tablespoonsred onionminced
1/4cupcucumberfinely diced
1/4cuptomatoseeded, finely diced
1/4cupsliced black olives
3tablespoonscrumbled feta
Instructions
Spread hummus over a medium to large serving tray or plate.
Top with all other ingredients listed above, as preferred. Feel free to use your favorite ingredients and leave off others you're not particularly fond of or don't have on-hand.
Serve Chunky Hummus Dip with raw veggies and crackers..

-Nutritional info is not specifically calculated for this recipe, but would be very similar to my Skinny Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. -Feel free to change things up and use other favorite ingredients for topping. Sliced green onion, sliced kalamata olives, crumbled bacon, diced roasted red pepper and/or diced avocado are some other tasty ideas.Optional for serving: 1 teaspoon fresh finely chopped parsley to top. Raw veggies for dipping and Dare Crackers for dipping.
