Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped jarred roasted red peppers rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or sherry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small food processor or blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
  • Thin with a little water, if desired.
