Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons water to thin, as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
  • Add water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more maple syrup for sweetness or lemon juice for a more tangy flavor.
  • Drizzle over your favorite dishes, such as salads, roasted veggies, or bowls!

Notes

If the dressing is too thick, you can add more water a teaspoon at a time to reach your desired consistency. If it's too thin, you can add a bit more tahini.
To store: This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If it thickens in the fridge, just stir in a little water to loosen it up.
