Ingredients

  • 2 3.74 ounce Idaho Spuds Mashed Potatoes Pouches (I used country buttered variety)

Optional topping ideas:

  • Chopped ham bacon, or Canadian bacon
  • Shredded cheese
  • Butter
  • Sour cream
  • Greek yogurt
  • Salsa
  • Caramelized onion diced
  • Chives
  • Roasted red pepper diced
  • Creamed corn
  • BBQ pulled pork or chicken
  • Toasted bread crumbs
  • Small bowls or even disposable martini glasses for serving

Instructions

  • Prepare Idaho Spuds according to package instructions. Once prepared, transfer to a large serving bowl.
  • Arrange preferred toppings in small serving bowls with small serving spoons.
  • To enjoy mashed potatoes, spoon preferred amount of potatoes into small bowl and choose your favorite toppings to garnish mashed potatoes.

Quantities will be dependant upon amount served into bowls.
