- 2 3.74 ounce Idaho Spuds Mashed Potatoes Pouches (I used country buttered variety)
Optional topping ideas:
- Chopped ham bacon, or Canadian bacon
- Shredded cheese
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Greek yogurt
- Salsa
- Caramelized onion diced
- Chives
- Roasted red pepper diced
- Creamed corn
- BBQ pulled pork or chicken
- Toasted bread crumbs
- Small bowls or even disposable martini glasses for serving
Prepare Idaho Spuds according to package instructions. Once prepared, transfer to a large serving bowl.
Arrange preferred toppings in small serving bowls with small serving spoons.
To enjoy mashed potatoes, spoon preferred amount of potatoes into small bowl and choose your favorite toppings to garnish mashed potatoes.
Quantities will be dependant upon amount served into bowls.
