Poppy Seed Dressing is sweet, tangy, and packed with flavor! Made with just six simple ingredients, it’s perfect on any salad, especially my Spinach Strawberry Salad.
1/2cup + 1 tablespoonlight olive oil or avocado oil*
3tablespoonsred wine vinegar
3tablespoonssugar(or pure maple syrup)
1/2teaspoondried mustard powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
Instructions
In a large glass measuring cup, or in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, dried mustard, salt, and poppy seeds.
Stir or shake to combine. Allow the flavors to blend at room temperature while preparing the salad.
