Ingredients
For the crust
1
box
yellow cake mix
1 cup reserved
1
egg
1/2
cup
butter
melted
For the filling
3
cups
Libby's pumpkin pie mix (this is not the same as canned pumpkin puree)
1 lb. 14 ozs.

eggs
2/3
cups
milk
I used skim milk.
For the topping
1
cup
reserved cake mix
1/4
cup
sugar
I used brown sugar.

teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
cup
butter
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the ingredients for the crust and press into the bottom of the pan.
Combine the ingredients for the filling and pour over the crust.
Combine the ingredients for the topping and sprinkle over crust.
Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 mins.
Allow squares to cool for about 20 minutes and then store in the fridge (at least 3-4 hours) before serving.
Bars will be tasty at room temperature, but are best served COLD with cool whip.
Notes
These are a Thanksgiving tradition in my family and surely they will be for yours as well!
