A jazzed up version of Mac & Cheese that kids and adults will devour!
6 oz. box of Annie's Mac & Cheese (I used the organic shells and real aged cheddar variety.)
nitrate-free chicken sausage links
chopped (I used an apple chicken variety.)
salt and pepper to taste
Prepare Mac & Cheese according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat chopped sausage in a skillet over med-high heat.
Once Mac & Cheese is cooked and prepared, add the sausage and peas to the Mac & Cheese and gently stir to combine.
If you are feeding a family of 4 (adults and kids) I would double this recipe.
