Ingredients
1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
2-3handfulsfresh spinachor other green
2stalkscelery
1/4-1/2of a cucumber
1ripe bananafrozen
1tablespoonpeanut buttera handful of nuts or other nutbutter work too
1tablespoonchia seeds
1-2packetssteviaa date or a little honey would work too
a few cubes of iceoptional
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients (except ice) in a high speed blender. Start with the first ingredient listed and work your way down, so the milk should be on the bottom and the chia seeds and stevia should be on the top. *If you put your chia seeds at the bottom, they will clump up and stick to the bottom.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
If desired, add ice and blend again.
Notes
Garnish with fruit, granola and/or shredded coconut, if desired. Enjoy!
