Poppy Seed Dressing is light, perfectly sweet, and full of flavor! This recipe is super easy to make with just 6 common ingredients. It pairs well on a variety of different salads, especially my Spinach Strawberry Salad.
1/2cup + 1 tablespoonlight olive oil or avocado oil*
3tablespoonsred wine vinegar
3tablespoonssugar(or pure maple syrup)
1/2teaspoondried mustard powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonpoppy seeds
Instructions
In a large glass measuring cup, or in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add the oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, dried mustard, salt, and poppy seeds.
Stir or shake to combine. Allow the flavors to blend at room temperature while preparing the salad.
