This Bruschetta Chicken Alfredo Flatbread recipe is so easy, crazy flavorful and perfect for serving during the holidays or for any get together because it's always a crowd pleaser!
1teaspoonwhite balsamic vinegar or white balsamic reduction
1/4teaspoonsalt
fresh ground pepper to taste
1store-bought pizza or flatbread crust or package refrigerated pizza dough
1jaralfredo sauce**
1 1/2cupscooked chicken breast, chopped
8ouncesshredded Italian blend or mozzarella cheese
1teaspoondried oregano
Instructions
Prepare bruschetta by combining quartered tomatoes, chopped fresh basil, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
Preheat oven and prepare pizza or flatbread crust or dough according to package instructions.
Spoon alfredo sauce onto crust and spread evenly.
Top with cheese, chicken breast, and bruschetta.
Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
Notes
*I used about 7 ounces of the grape tomatoes.**This can be found near marinara sauce in the grocery store. You will likely only use 1/2 the jar or about 3/4 cup.MAKE GLUTEN FREE: This flatbread recipe can easily be made gluten free by using a gluten free pizza crust.MAKE DAIRY FREE: To make dairy free, use a homemade dairy free alfredo sauce or substitute the alfredo sauce with marinara sauce and use dairy free cheese.MAKE VEGETARIAN: For a vegetarian flatbread, simply leave off the chicken.
