Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas, peeled, cut into chunks, & frozen
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk or chocolate almond milk
  • 1 scoop Nuzest Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs + more for topping, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • optional: mini marshmallows and chocolate fudge sauce, for topping

Instructions

  • Blend the frozen banana chunks and milk together until thick, creamy, and smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Add the protein powder, graham cracker crumbs, and cocoa powder; blend until fully combined. Pour into glass and top with mini marshmallows and chocolate fudge sauce if desired.

Notes

Before pouring my shake into the glass I added drizzles of chocolate fudge sauce to the inside of the glass. And to REALLY do things up – I toasted my marshmallows, laying them over a baking sheet that had been sprayed with cooking spray and broiling them on high for about 3 to 5 minutes. Maybe a little over the top for a post workout smoothie, but perfect for summer dessert with friends!
