Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats*
  • 1/3 cup egg whites from a carton
  • 1/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until batter is smooth.
  • Pour batter into a heated waffle iron that has been sprayed with cooking spray. I would not recommend using a natural cooking spray, as these waffles can easily stick. Cook until waffle is completely cooked. (my waffle automatically beeps when waffle is ready)
  • Enjoy with your favorite toppings! I love Greek yogurt, pancake syrup, pecans and fresh fruit.

Notes

*Use gluten-free oats if needed.
