1/4teaspoonmaple extract (or 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup)
1/2teaspoonbutter extract (or vanilla extract)
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1stevia packet (or sweetener of choice to taste)
1/2cupAtkins creamy vanilla protein shake
5-10ice cubes (to desired consistency)
1/2teaspoonxanthan gum (optional to desired consistency)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached! Top with a swirl of low sugar maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
Notes
*Can substitute w/ cottage cheese or any other yogurt product. Or you can use 1/2 a small ripe, peeled frozen banana.**Total net carbs are 15g.
