Ingredients
2

tuna
5 oz each
6
hard-boiled eggs
mashed or diced
2
avocados
mashed
1/4
cup
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
1/2
teaspoon
smoked or regular paprika
1/2
teaspoon
onion powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium-large mixing bowl. I like to mash everything together with my hands.
Serve on crackers, bread or in a wrap. Enjoy!
Notes
Mash or dice the eggs however you like. The yolks are what help make the salad creamy. Serve over lettuce, dip in crackers, or even in pita.
