Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup ProHydrate

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • If your fruit isn't frozen you can add a few ice cubes to thicken.

Notes

Add a couple handfuls of fresh baby spinach or kale for an extra nutritional kick!
