nitrate-free turkey bacon
cooked and chopped (I use Applegate brand.)

thinly sliced green onions

tablespoons
plain non-fat Greek yogurt

tablespoon
mayo
use a mayo product that's just mayo or use another tablespoon Greek yogurt

teaspoons
Sriracha
or other hot chile sauce

teaspoon
pepper

teaspoon
sea salt

large hard-boiled eggs
peeled & chopped
bread or lettuce wraps
for serving
Instructions
Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl.
Serve on greens, crackers, sandwich bread, wrap-style or in cabbage or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
Notes
You can always find pre-boiled eggs at the store if you are in a rush.
