Ingredients

  • 1-2 packages large crackers or cocktail toasts (gluten-free as needed)
  • 8 oz light or fat free cream cheese
  • 8-12 oz. package smoked salmon
  • 1 small jar capers
  • fresh dill

Instructions

  • Simply spread cream cheese over crackers and line on a pretty tray.
  • Top with pieces of salmon, capers and fresh dill. Enjoy!

Notes

I didn't give super specific measurements of ingredients. The amount needed is really going to depend on the type of crackers you prefer and how many people you're wanting to serve.
