Nutritious Delicious Breakfast Frappuccino

Your morning coffee and breakfast, blended together for maximum nutrition and yumminess!

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or other preferred milk
  • 1 small ripe frozen banana
  • 1-2 cups handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats this can be left out if you prefer
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds optional
  • 1/2-1 cup ice cubes for desired consistency
  • preferred sweetener- I use 3 packets of Stevia.
  • preferred add-ins; like frozen berries nut butter and/or shredded coconut


  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender (chia seeds and powder sweeteners added last). Add ice as needed for desired consistency.


This makes 1 large serving or 2 smallish servings. I enjoy drinking the entire serving for my breakfast.
Nutrition calculated for one large serving with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, banana, 2 cups spinach and rolled oats.
