Ingredients

cold brew coffee

cup
almond milk
or other preferred milk

small ripe frozen banana
1-2

handfuls fresh baby spinach

rolled oats
this can be left out if you prefer

tablespoon
Chia seeds
optional
1/2-1
cup
ice cubes for desired consistency
preferred sweetener- I use 3 packets of Stevia.
preferred add-ins; like frozen berries
nut butter and/or shredded coconut
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender (chia seeds and powder sweeteners added last).
Add ice as needed for desired consistency.
Notes
This makes 1 large serving or 2 smallish servings. I enjoy drinking the entire serving for my breakfast.
