Easy hummus recipe that's a crowd pleaser for sure!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken or other type of cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 8-10 ounce tubs hummus*
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or cotija cheese
  • Optional toppings: chopped scallions, diced tomato, chopped cilantro
For Serving:
  • Cucumber slices
  • Carrot spears
  • Tortilla chips
  • Plantain chips
  • Crackers
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl mix chicken and hummus.
  3. Pour mixture and spread evenly into an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle dish with cheese.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Top with garnishes and serve warm with desired veggies, chips and/or crackers.
Recipe Notes

*Any flavor will work. I like using a jalapeño or spicy version for this recipe. **Dish can be prepped ahead of time and baked right before guests arrive.
