Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Silk Almond Creamer I used the vanilla flavor
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 ripe peach sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons chopped pecans optional

Instructions

  • Place oats, creamer, almond milk and peach in a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes until oatmeal is cooked.
  • Fluff with a fork and stir in a splash of almond milk. Top with chopped pecans, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can also be made in the microwave ahead of time, stored in the fridge and eaten cold or heated again in the microwave.
