Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Cashew or Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup Silk® Almond Coffee Creamer
  • 1/4 cup Dunkin Donuts® Coffee Seasonals Limited Time Pumpkin Spice brewed & chilled
  • 1 small very ripe frozen banana***
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop vanilla latte or chocolate flavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice**
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Add more milk to thin out if it is too thick. Add a couple more ice cubes for a thicker texture, if desired. Add more spices to taste, if desired. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

*Medjool dates are an optional sweetener. They also add a lovely flavor to the smoothie, however, feel free to use a packet or two of stevia or 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
**If you don't have pumpkin pie spice on-hand, feel free to use 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg or just the cinnamon works too.
***The banana is what will give this frappuccino it's lovely creaminess and natural sweetness. Underneath the pumpkin flavors – you absolutely cannot taste the banana.
