coconut or cashew milk

extra ripe banana
frozen

teaspoon
almond or peanut butter

scoop vanilla or a latte flavored protein powder

cinnamon

vanilla extract

ice cubes

100 calorie package Enjoy Life Soft Batch Snickerdoodle Minis or other cinnamon cookies
Instructions
Place milk, banana, nut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla and few cubes of ice into the pitcher of a blender.
Blend until smooth and add more ice, as desired and blend some more, until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Skip the cookies if you must, but I don't recommend it! ;)
