Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond coconut or cashew milk
  • 1 extra ripe banana frozen
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla or a latte flavored protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 100 calorie package Enjoy Life Soft Batch Snickerdoodle Minis or other cinnamon cookies

Instructions

  • Place milk, banana, nut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla and few cubes of ice into the pitcher of a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and add more ice, as desired and blend some more, until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

Skip the cookies if you must, but I don't recommend it! ;)
