Ingredients

frozen strawberries
1/2
cup
plain non-fat Greek yogurt*
1/3
cup
milk
I used almond milk
1/4
cup
old-fashioned oats
use gluten-free oats if needed
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
almond extract
pinch
of salt
optional 1-2 packets Stevia or 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to sweeten if needed
optional 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until smooth, adding more milk if needed to thin out the smoothie or more ice to thicken it, if needed.
Transfer to 1 or 2 glasses and enjoy!
Notes
*Try using vanilla or strawberry-flavored for even more deliciousness.
