This Butternut Squash, Bacon, Goat Cheese Pizza comes complete with sweet butternut squash, bacon, three yummy cheeses (including my favorite - goat cheese) and the most phenomenal crispy cornmeal crust.

Butternut Squash, Bacon, Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Table5 Goat Cheese Pizza
  • 1/2 cup diced butternut squash
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread diced butternut squash in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon and once cooked, dice.
  • Once butternut squash and bacon has cooked, layer over the Table5 Goat Cheese Pizza.
  • Bake pizza at 425°F for 12-15 minutes, until crust is slightly golden and the cheese is melty. Slice and serve immediately.
