Honey Lime Cilantro Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 4-6 ounce salmon fillets
  • garlic salt and pepper
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and grease a large baking sheet with foil. Lay salmon on foil and season with a few dashes of garlic salt and pepper.
  • Stir together lime juice and honey. Fold sides of foil up around the sides of the salmon. Pour mixture over salmon.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Switch oven to broil and cook another 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top and serve.

Notes

Serve with veggies, rice, pasta, or even potato.
