1/2cupapplesauce or 1 banana or 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1scoop vanilla IdealLean Protein or 26 grams favorite protein powder
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspooncinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupfresh cranberries
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except the cranberries in the blender and pour into well greased muffin tins. Press berries into the muffin batter spreading the cranberries evenly between all muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 20 minutes.
Notes
*If you don't have cranberries on hand, blueberries make a great substitute.
