Super Flavorful Ranch Hummus
Easy 10 minute ranch hummus is so creamy dreamy irresistibly delicious. Works fantastic as a spread for a sandwich or roll-up as well.
cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
apple cider vinegar
oil OR more water
or more to taste (I like 1 1/4 teaspoons)
optional 1/4 cup nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
Combine all ingredients in a high-quality blender or food processor and process until completely smooth. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
I garnished my hummus with finely chopped parsley, extra olive oil, red pepper flakes, and everything bagel seasoning.
