Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1/2 cup pesto
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • Spread a layer of hummus over a 12-inch serving platter.
  • Spread the pesto over the hummus
  • Sprinkle over the cucumber, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta
  • Serve with pita chips, raw veggies and/or crackers. And enjoy with a glass of Butter Chardonnay or JaM Cabernet.

Notes

Don't be too concerned about measuring out cucumber, olives sun-dried tomatoes and feta. Just evenly distribute over pesto layer.
I used sun-dried tomatoes that were packed in oil.
Pita chips, raw veggies and/or crackers with JaM Wines for serving
