Ingredients
1cuphummus
1/2cuppesto
1small cucumberchopped
1/4cupsliced black olives
1/4cupsun-dried tomatoeschopped
1/4cupcrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Spread a layer of hummus over a 12-inch serving platter.
Spread the pesto over the hummus
Sprinkle over the cucumber, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta
Serve with pita chips, raw veggies and/or crackers. And enjoy with a glass of Butter Chardonnay or JaM Cabernet.
Notes
Don't be too concerned about measuring out cucumber, olives sun-dried tomatoes and feta. Just evenly distribute over pesto layer.I used sun-dried tomatoes that were packed in oil.Pita chips, raw veggies and/or crackers with JaM Wines for serving
