Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1/8-1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 medium ripe banana (peeled, sliced and frozen)
  • 1 frozen pitaya pack (acai would work, as well)
  • 1/2-1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 4-6 ice cubes + more to achieve desired consistency
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides or protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup yogurt (optional)

Optional Toppings

  • frozen and fresh fruit
  • shredded toasted unsweetened coconut
  • seeds
  • nuts
  • nut/seed butters

Instructions

  • Place all smoothie/smoothie bowl ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more liquid and/or ice cubes as needed for desired consistency. 

Notes

In my opinion, smoothie and smoothie bowl recipes are just a guide. Use as much or as little of the ingredients listed. If you don't like something I have listed or don't have it on-hand, leave it out. And feel free to add any favorites that I didn't list. Enjoy!
