Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken breast (about 1 pound, 395g)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cherries (149g)
  • 1/3 cup diced celery (about 1 stalk, 43g)
  • 1 medium apple diced (159g)
  • 1 cup CHOSEN FOODS coconut oil mayo
  • 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste, if needed

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, cherries, celery and apple in a medium to large mixing bowl. 
  • Stir in CHOSEN FOODS coconut oil mayo and poppy seeds. Taste before adding salt and pepper. Add, if needed. Enjoy!!

Notes

For serving: bread, croissants, crackers, wraps, lettuce cups or large leaves.
