Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 avocados , seeded, peeled and diced
  • 2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1 can black beans , rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • Frontier Himalayan Pink Salt Fine Grind and Frontier Tellicherry Black Peppercorns (ground), to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium serving bowl. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or use as a topping for grilled fish or chicken or as a taco filling.

Notes

Serve this with chips or veggies. Also great right on tacos!
